I’m a lifelong Schuyler County resident with more than 25 years of experience owning and managing businesses. Long before real estate became my full-time direction, I was balancing customers, contracts, budgets, employees, equipment and the hundreds of details that keep a business—and a family—moving.

I’m a farm girl, horse lover, mother of four and grandmother, with a genuine appreciation for older homes, useful land, good architecture and the quiet character of Illinois communities.

That background shapes the way I work today: I listen first, speak plainly, anticipate problems and never lose sight of the person whose life is tied to the decision.

Broad enough for the city. Grounded enough for the back road.

I serve homes and neighborhoods in Springfield, Jacksonville, Macomb and Quincy as comfortably as rural homes, farms and acreage across the counties closer to home. I’m intentionally growing my practice toward distinctive estates and equestrian properties while staying welcoming to every client.
